Life can be tough. Some days are harder than others, and we all go through things that help us become who we are meant to be. No matter who you are, something in your life has affected you. Through all of these hardships, it is so important to always remember you are never alone. Practicing good habits and techniques can help even those who are struggling the most to find peace. Realizing who you are, and what you need, can go a long way in helping you mentally, emotionally, and physically.
My name is Anne. I have experienced heartache that has caused me to have a real passion for helping others with their mental health. It is so important to take care of yourself and to be a little selfish sometimes. At the end of the day, you are the one who has to live as and love yourself. This blog is to be used as a guide for those who feel as though they are lost, or need some positivity in their life. Keeping in mind how you treat your body and your mind is crucial for living in a fresh, clean way. Making an effort to understand yourself and what you need will help you know what you need to work on to achieve happiness. I have a huge passion for style and body positivity, and feel as though combining the two is a great way to begin this process. This blog will be all about personal examples, inspiring stories, and tools that you can use to help you feel your best. Posts will include healthy recipes, ideas for dressing to feel your best, and healthy lifestyle tools that can hopefully help you grow as a person.
My mission is to find current information on mental health, give tips and tricks for making the most out of your day, and to convey the message that no hardship is too difficult for a sound recovery. Though I am not certified in this area with a degree of any sort, what I can offer is personal experience with what has worked for me, and would love to have interaction from all of you. Feel free to comment any questions, personal experiences, or thoughts you may have. Building a community that can support one another is my ultimate goal, and I look forward to hearing from you all so that we can accomplish that milestone.
